I've had Verizon for a very long time and I've been hesitant to change because they have worked for me all these years. However, the cost has just gotten out of hand. I'm retired and living on a budget and I can't afford to spend extra money like I used to before retirement. Everything I read about Mint appeared it would work for me. generally, when a company offers you a one-week free trial, it usually means they have nothing to worry about. That is the case with Mint Mobile. I've had it now for a couple of weeks and I can tell no difference from when I was with Verizon. The nice thing is that the cost for mint is much, much lower than Verizon. You can't go wrong because all you have to do is do the one week free trial and see how it works for you. Unless you're in a strange area where coverage is an issue, no one should have a problem. You'll save some money. Thank you, Michael

The chat functions are really nice, I've been with Mint for 2 years, and I have seen tremendous improvement over the years. I got Mint Mobile for my grandmother, who doesn't really use Internet other than making calls to friends and friends abroad. Mint offers 100 minutes free intel call each month which is nice. For $15 each month with unlimited calling, 100 mins of intel. calls and 3GB LTE data is very generous in the mobile industry. I only hope Mint Mobile would occasionally offer existing customers some perks, as currently they are doing promo for new customer, buy 3 months and get 3 months free, but no perk for existing loyal customer.

Ordered form mint on Sunday night dispatched on Monday received on Wednesday morning. No hassle, quick efficient service will be using this company again. Great job.

What I love the most is the stable coverage they have and the excellent value for the price we pay. I have had no isses with them, always receiving my text messages and calls on time. They were also kind enough to provide all the users with unlimited data packages during the pandemic which is very much appreciated.
